This presentation identifies the key drivers that underlie business dynamics and family dynamics and illustrates a three-pronged approach to designing an integrated business succession plan to align the goals and objectives of the business and the family. We will discuss some of the current changes in the tax law, and strategic opportunities and pre-transaction planning steps to consider in order to optimize the chosen path.
