DESCRIPTION:\nSecure Act 2.0 became law in December 2022.  Since its passage there has been numerous changes, extensions, and guidance provided to demystify the over 90 provisions and over 4,000 pages.  In the 2 hours allotted, we will discuss the basics and dive deeper into application of the inherited IRA distribution rules using case studies and examples.  Lastly, we will discuss some other less known provisions of the Secure Act 2.0 that have an impact on many of our clients.\n
